• All switches and operation parameters can be set easily by one touch on the TOUCH SCREEN.
• Production speed is always displayed on the top of the touch screen (Number of impressions per minute).
• PLC system provides more control as the timers for left & right tray can be set individually on the touch screen
• Lesser Maintenance & lesser electric consumption.
• It has Multipurpose set counter system. After reaching the required quantity machine automatically stops. Touch screen also displays the total production quantity.
• Timers can be set very easily in any operation mode and the timers display the real time ramming.
• Die setting mode for levelling the die is available
• In die setting mode the heat, the heater and the flash are automatically turned off and the operator does not have to worry about it.
• Optionally, power consumption (units consumed) can be displayed on the touch screen & welding energy can be controlled / set by feeding the value on touch screen.
A highly interactive system helps in locating the problems, if there is some thing wrong in the main control circuit. The PLC System makes it easier to control the machine with 99% less break down time and almost “0%” maintenance.
Applications: - Manufacture of files, sun visors, blister to blister packaging(toothbrush), inflatables and for seat cover embossing.
